01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service provided through winph9.org (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the winph9 Platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses the Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

winph9 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the winph9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of winph9, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the winph9 Platform or any affiliated platform.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of winph9 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the winph9 Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Verification: winph9 may require you to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
• Account Ownership: Your winph9 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Philippine Mobile Number: A valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO) is required for account registration and two-factor authentication purposes.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your winph9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• winph9 staff will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify winph9 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• winph9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• winph9 reserves the right to lock or suspend your account if we detect suspicious activity, including but not limited to multiple failed login attempts, unusual transaction patterns, or access from unrecognized devices or locations.

05 Deposits & Payments

winph9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

• GCash and PayMaya / Maya (e-wallets)
• Philippine bank transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit card (issued by Philippine banks)

The following payment methods are not accepted on the winph9 Platform:

• Credit cards (credit card gambling deposits are not permitted under current Philippine regulations)
• Cryptocurrency of any kind

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. winph9 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits are for the purpose of funding your winph9 account for gaming activities only. winph9 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• winph9 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• winph9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

winph9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. winph9 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Abuse: winph9 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using irregular betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.
• Modification: winph9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

08 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the winph9 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing processes overseen by trained dealers. The following rules apply to all gaming activity on winph9:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. winph9 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to your account balance. winph9 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
• winph9 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably believes was affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are available within each game interface.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, exploits, or any other unauthorized means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargeback fraud, identity fraud, payment fraud, or collusion with other players
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine AML laws
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winph9 staff or other players
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access control, or responsible gaming tool implemented by winph9

10 Responsible Gaming

winph9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting our support team.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the winph9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of winph9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from winph9
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Use any winph9 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Interruption of service or Platform downtime
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data
• Any technical malfunction, error, or failure of the Platform or any third-party service integrated with the Platform
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform

winph9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winph9 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winph9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Termination

winph9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account
• You fail to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months

You may close your winph9 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

winph9 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence.

15 Amendments

winph9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification
• Where required by applicable law, provide a reasonable notice period before changes take effect

Your continued use of the winph9 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
